NEW RESTYLING FOR THE VITO MERCEDES-BENZ VAN
After more than 25 years of life since this vehicle was launched on the market, now the time has come for a restyling not only aesthetically, but in substance: we are talking about the Mercedes-Benz Vito commercial vehicle that will greet 2025 with a new front design, a prominent grille, revised bumper and adaptive LED headlights. The substantial changes, however, are especially noticeable inside the van, whose cockpit has been completely revisited with a new 10.25-inch touchscreen and a new steering wheel with control panels, which work as if they were smartphones.
In the new instrument panel, however, there is a 5.5-inch color display with all the information that is shown at a glance such as mileage and tank level. In addition, in the menu it is possible to call up the radio, optional navigation, media, telephone and various latest-generation assistance systems. But that´s not all, because a series of additional functions have been introduced, which make this van truly cutting-edge: first of all, no more rear-view mirrors, because a sophisticated reversing camera shows the free space behind the rear. Furthermore, the distance is programmable and can therefore be adjusted based on the size of the load to increase comfort during loading or unloading of packages, which are often carried out in tight parking spaces.
As for safety, Vito is equipped with various systems that automatically regulate the speed if the permitted limit is exceeded.
Finally, Vito is available in various configurations based on individual needs, but whatever model you choose, the van can carry up to 1,354 kilograms of payload and can accommodate up to 6 people with all the equipment. In short, there are all the credentials for the new Vito to surpass the models sold in the previous series.
