THE IVECO E-DAILY IS THE NEW ELECTRIC VAN OF THE YEAR
The prestigious 2024 electric commercial vehicle award was awarded to Iveco´s e-Daily by the specialized journalistic magazine Vado e Torno, which appointed an independent jury of journalists, precisely for its sustainability and efficiency, understood as a reduction in emissions pollutants in the environment, but also as an ability to guarantee safety and driving comfort. These are all characteristics that the van possesses and represents a truly sustainable ecosystem in its segment.
This award represents a historic European recognition for Iveco that praises sustainability in the van category. In addition to sustainability, the jury took into account just as many requirements, namely safety, driving comfort and the efficiency of services, all absolutely winning characteristics of the e-Daily.
This year too, the jury found itself exalting electric technology and the awarded prize confirms the evolution and growing importance of zero-emission commercial vehicles in the road transport panorama and Iveco´s commitment to designing a new electric mobility.
The e-Daily constitutes a model of urban transport with a great strong point which at the same time is a highly attractive element for professional customers, namely the innovative modular battery technology which brings the driving range to 400 km in the urban cycle. Other features are the electric PTO, extended to 50 kW of power which allows emissions to be eliminated in the most demanding missions, automatic suspensions, the digital instrument panel and a new 10-inch multimedia system.
