NEW ELECTRIC VEHICLES ON THE MARKET FROM 2024
Several new features arriving in 2024 on the electric commercial vehicle front, starting with the sustainable version of the Mercedes-Benz Citan model, which is more compact and more robust. It is ideal for traveling in urban and extra-urban areas.
The 100% electric e-Citan has 284 km of autonomy and can be sold in two versions: Base and Pro with very specific main characteristics, but both share performances that only the electric version can give, i.e. it can reach up to 90 kW of power, takes 38 minutes to recharge and can reach up to 3.24 cubic meters of load. Another novelty is the e-Trafic, a multi-purpose commercial vehicle that combines comfort and practicality with a hatch under the passenger seat that allows you to benefit from additional cargo space. Furthermore, you can work comfortably on board the vehicle thanks to a space that can be created inside the cabin which can be transformed into a real mobile office with everything needed to use the laptop and organize work documents.
In the electric version the vehicle has a range of up to 297 km and is equipped with sliding side doors over 1 m wide and rear doors that open to 255° to facilitate the entry of bulkier loads. The engine reaches a power of 90 kW which is equivalent to 120 hp in fossil fuel vehicles while the battery has a power of 52 kWh.
