The Iveco company has launched the unique telemedicine service for its drivers and their families, which consists of a special Upgrape platform, which they can access for free to take advantage of personalized promotions on Iveco Capital insurance products.
It is a very important service, especially in a period like this, where it is important to offer tailor-made solutions for the well-being and health protection of Iveco vehicle drivers. The services that the platform is able to provide concern specialist medical consultations 24 hours a day and 7 days a week with features that will be truly innovative in the near future to offer a very complete performance picture. From a business point of view, it is very important to have protected employees, because the healthier they are, the more they can make money for the company, which would save a lot in terms of sick pay.
The telemedicine service is available on the new Doc24 for Iveco App and is displayed on the smartphone through a quick and intuitive interface: when a health problem occurs, the driver accesses the platform and can be put in direct contact with the Doc24 telemedicine. Based on the problem highlighted by the user, the platform will activate a specialized medical team, who will provide medical advice. In the event that the driver has a Bluetooth device, he can freely decide whether to share some sensitive data, subject to consent to privacy, for an even more in-depth medical consultation.
The service is not accessible from all Iveco vehicles, but only from those registered in Italy for a period of three months; in particular for the Iveco Daily and S-Way ranges.
